On September 20th and October 29th, Awards of Medals to the winners (Zhao Xin, Zhang Shibo, Usman and Ibrahim) in the 2022 China General Chamber of Commerce English Speech Contest were shared in HQ and management organized a review and study on excellence in this teamwork.

The contesting team were led by ED Mr. Johnson Zhu and Mr. Risen Fan, invested great efforts in all aspects from the topic selection, writing and revising, arranging the speech venue and recording the video of each speech, and took every detail seriously, which showed the importance and rigorous attitude of the team towards the programme. On the one hand, it demonstrated the potential strength of the youth and the local content development in MCC, which is the training result of the company to offer the youth and indigenous staffs a platform as well as opportunities. On the other hand, the merits achieved by the team cannot be separated from the trust and strong support from the company, which explained the collective spirit of unity and hard-working of all MCC staff.
