2018年3月，张庆走出家乡-东北边陲小镇-集安，怀揣梦想远赴海外，来到联信尼日利亚伊巴丹公路项目担任设备管理和维修工作。为保障现场施工顺利进行，项目车辆和设备出现故障，他第一时间到现场检查并调度人员维修，遇到当地维修工处理不了的难题，他亲自修理，常常是顶着烈日在近40度的高温下持续几个小时检修，设备修好时早已是汗如雨下；遇到棘手的故障时，他调动一切可用资源，联系国内车辆厂家的维修师傅线上沟通学习，带着问题查资料，拆装设备根据实际情况去钻研，一步一个脚印，在技术上勇于攻坚，破解修理难题，攻克一个个难关，硬是把项目的车辆和设备维修工作给承担起来，成为大家信赖的“技术能手”。

In addition to vehicle equipment maintenance, he is also responsible for equipment and parts library management, in order to save costs, rental equipment and self-use equipment are personally managed by him, take the initiative to undertake procurement work, and do his best. With the daily immersion in hard work and exploration, daily mechanical equipment maintenance has become familiar, he is determined to establish a maintenance team that can "fight a tough battle", carefully selected among the local employees who have done maintenance work and practical experience, arrange directional training according to personal strengths and abilities, personally teach their continuous learning and accumulated experience, do big and small things by themselves, and personally supervise when replacing important accessories to ensure that every fault is repaired. 伊巴丹公路项目竣工后，张庆转战水坝项目，自卸车，挖掘机，装载机等大大小小的机械设有百余台，维修工作量很大，工作期间经常是满脸汗水，满身油污。白天跟车辆设备打交道，晚上要自学专业技术，自身克服重重困难，再累、再苦、再脏都要保证项目设备正常运转，家人的担忧都自己默默消化了，耐住寂寞和辛劳，一直坚守在维修管理岗位。除了车辆设备维修外，他还负责设备和配件库管理，为节约成本，租赁设备及自用设备都由他亲自管理，主动承担采购工作，尽心尽力。随着日复一日的埋头苦干和摸索钻研，日常的机械设备维修已驾轻就熟，他决心建立一支能“打硬仗”的维修团队，在干过维修工作、有实操经验的当地员工中精心挑选，根据个人的特长和能力安排定向培养，将自己不断学习和积累的经验亲身传授，大事小事都亲力亲为，更换重要配件时务必亲自督导，保证修好每一个故障。张庆的处事能力和领导能力，大家有目共睹，从普通维修工人到组建团队，经历两年多的时间，如今带领着15人的维修团队，为项目的正常运转保驾护航。
