On February 15, 2023, Zhang Lun, the Executive Director Operations of MCG Construction, came to Changchun and give a work report sharing session for colleagues in the Jilin.

During the sharing session, Mr. Zhang Lun gave an overview of all the projects he had worked on in the company, talked about the work and living conditions of his colleagues overseas, showcased the local culture of Nigeria, and shared his personal growth process while working abroad. When domestic colleagues actively asked questions, Zhang shared his own experiences and suggestions, encouraging everyone to work hard, love life, live up to expectations, and make the most of their time!    

Through Mr. Zhang Lun's wonderful sharing, domestic colleagues have gained a better understanding of MCG overseas projects, work and life, as well as local culture. Each time overseas colleagues return to China to share their work experience, it is the transmission of MCG culture. Everyone learns from communication, progresses through learning, and consolidates consensus to gather strength!
