On November 4th, 2023, the MCC's second-half work conference for the year 2023 was successfully held at the MCC overseas headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. Pan Fengtong, Shi Yu, and Li Huayong traveled from China to the headquarters, gathering with colleagues from the engineering company.

At the beginning of the meeting, President Liu delivered the opening speech. He outlined the purpose of the meeting, emphasizing that the engineering company should closely align with the group's development strategy, proactively address market challenges, and continuously enhance its competitiveness and overall strength.

Subsequently, each project leader in attendance provided detailed work reports on their respective projects. Through these reports, everyone gained a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in various company initiatives, offering valuable insights and references for future work.

Following that, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of the Engineering Company, Pan Fengtong, delivered an important speech. He stated that the Engineering Company has achieved significant milestones in various fields but is concurrently confronted with numerous challenges. Addressing these issues, he underscored the importance of strengthening team collaboration and optimizing resource allocation. Additionally, he presented corresponding solutions and measures to tackle these challenges.
