On August 7, 2023, MCC CEO Wang Feilong and Production Manager Wang Huilin visited Changchun City and conducted a symposium with colleagues from the Jilin branch. As frontline leaders and engineering managers stationed overseas, they brought back rich experiences and stories from their local experience in Nigeria, and also shared their life and work situations there.

During the symposium, Wang Feilong and Wang Huilin shared their personal experiences and feelings, describing the unique culture and life scenes in Nigeria. By sharing their work experience in Nigeria, domestic colleagues have gained a deeper understanding of MCC's overseas projects. Additionally, they discussed how to adapt to the local customs and overcome various difficulties and challenges based on their experiences.
