On September 17th, 2023, MCC Jilin Branch organize a team-building activity titled 'Dreams Unite Teams, Teams Build Dreams - Lakeside Hiking' at Jingyue Lake in Changchun. All employees of the Jilin branch, some employees from the Beijing branch, and Fan Yongsheng from the Overseas Engineering Company participate in the team-building activity.

In the early morning, under the vast blue sky, lush green grass and fragrant flowers and trees created a charming atmosphere. Walking together, we enjoy the fresh breeze between the trees, strolling along the forest path. Every step feels like stepping onto the canvas of nature, as if being in a fairyland, bringing a sense of tranquility and joy to our hearts.

At noon, after everyone arrives at the campsite, we divide tasks and cooperates in cleaning fruits and vegetables, preparing barbecue ingredients, and other supplies. Everyone is happily busy, and the whole barbecue area become lively. The aroma of delicious food fills the air, igniting everyone's enthusiasm. Selflessly sharing food inadvertently strengthen the bond among colleagues, enhancing unity and mutual understanding among everyone.

In a cheerful atmosphere, everyone raises their glasses and expresses their understanding and insights into the 'family culture' of MCC. Each person shares their heartfelt thoughts. Throughout the team's development process, we witness the passage of time, personal growth, and the discovery of better versions of ourselves. Facing with new challenges in the future, everyone's confidence multiplies.

After a satisfying meal, we sing the 'MCC Good Voice,' using music to convey the joy in our hearts. In the team game 'Charades,' lively body language and impeccable teamwork bring us closer together. The post-meal treasure hunt pushes the atmosphere of joy to its peak. Amidst laughter and cheers, we spent a leisurely afternoon together.

As the sun set in the west, we drift on the tranquil waters of Jingyue Lake. The lake is calm, with gentle ripples creating mesmerizing patterns. The surface of the water reflect the deep blue sky and the green mountains, captivating everyone present. Quietly, we savor the scenery and the tranquility, fully immerse in the moment. With this, our team-building activity came to a successful conclusion.

This team-building activity holds immense significance; it marks a new starting point for the domestic team of MCC.
