The Jilin Dekang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, formerly known as
the Jilin Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital, recently
celebrated its first anniversary with a resounding commitment to health and
community. Established by MCG during the challenging times of the COVID-19
pandemic, the hospital is a testament to our dedication to revitalizing the old
industrial base in Northeast China, responding to the nation’s call with
unwavering resolve.
At MCG, our development strategy is grounded in the principle of
"giving back to the hometown." While expanding our business globally,
we remain committed to investing in regions that have provided us with
exceptional talent. By establishing regional development platforms and
fostering new businesses, we aim to elevate high-quality industries and
contribute to regional economic growth. Our investment in Dekang Hospital and
efforts to boost the aerospace and automobile sectors in Jilin Province and
Nigeria are just the beginning. These initiatives are pilot projects of a
broader strategy to prioritize regions that need us the most, ensuring a
balanced "dual-circulation" development platform for our employees
both at home and abroad.
At the heart of medicine lies a noble calling—saving lives, healing
wounds, and promoting well-being. It is an industry rooted in compassion,
dedicated to helping those in need. In the same vein, business can be a force
for good, a sustainable avenue to "realize benevolence and spread
kindness." For hospitals, this means not only improving operational
efficiency but also reinvesting profits into enhancing the quality of life and
career development of medical staff, advancing technological research, and upgrading
service quality. This holistic approach ultimately benefits patients and gives
back to society, fulfilling the dual role of caregiver and community supporter.
As MCG ventures overseas, the well-being of our employees remains a cornerstone
of our business stability. Recognizing the importance of health, particularly
in regions with limited medical resources, MCG has taken proactive steps to
establish a comprehensive medical support system. Our hospitals in China play a
crucial role, providing strong technical support and human resources to
facilitate this strategy. By doing so, we not only safeguard the health of our
employees but also accelerate the global reach of Chinese medical expertise.
Chinese medical culture is rich, profound, and steeped in history. It
embodies centuries of wisdom and philosophy that have shaped a unique approach
to health and healing. At MCG, we are committed to preserving this heritage
while integrating the best of global medical advancements. Through sustained
investment and systematic development in the healthcare sector, we aim to
foster cultural exchange and mutual recognition, ultimately building a
community with a shared future for mankind.
As we celebrate the first anniversary of the Jilin Dekang Traditional
Chinese Medicine Hospital, we look forward to many more years of growth,
innovation, and service to the community. Together, we will continue to brave
the wind and waves, forging ahead with determination and compassion.
