On August 1st, a fruitful meeting took place when Shi Yu, the Deputy
General Manager of MCG, led a delegation to visit Changchun Vocational and
Technical College. The purpose of the visit was to explore opportunities for

Office, and Lu Chen, the Vice Dean of the School of Automotive Engineering.Representing MCG alongside Shi Yu were Yu Shipeng, the Assistant to the
President and Head of Education International Cooperation Projects, and Zhang
Meng, the Human Resources Manager. The lively symposium provided a platform for
both sides to exchange ideas and explore new avenues for collaboration, paving
the way for a stronger partnership.During the meeting, Vice President Wang Ying kicked things off with an
insightful introduction to Changchun Vocational and Technical College. She
highlighted the college's rich development history, diverse professional
programs, and impressive teaching achievements. Following this, Vice General
Manager Shi Yu provided a comprehensive overview of MCG, outlining the
company's business scope, development projects, and future growth strategies.
The discussions between the two parties were dynamic and covered a wide
range of topics. They delved into the internationalization of vocational
education, emphasizing the importance of "vocational education going
global." They also explored the deep integration of education and
industry, focusing on "teaching with output," and discussed
innovative models for school-enterprise cooperation. The joint construction
plan of China Nepal Engineering College, student career planning and guidance,
management trainee training systems, and employment promotion strategies were
also on the agenda.Both sides expressed a strong commitment to strengthening communication
and collaboration. They aim to jointly promote the global reach of vocational
education and the deep integration of industrial development. Together, they
aspire to cultivate more high-quality, technically skilled talents for
developing countries, paving the way for a brighter future.
Nestled in the northern city of Changchun, Changchun Vocational and
Technical College is a distinguished public vocational institution with a rich
history and a strong, comprehensive educational foundation. The college is

Since achieving national accreditation in 2007, Changchun Vocational
and Technical College has gone from strength to strength. In 2010, it was
recognized as one of the top 100 demonstration vocational colleges in China,
and by 2019, it was selected as an A-level vocational school under the
prestigious major construction plan with Chinese characteristics.
Looking ahead, the college is set to reach even greater heights. In
early 2024, the Education Department of Jilin Province plans to establish
Changchun Vocational and Technical University based on the college, further
