Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E. Mr. Deng Boqing, Chinese Consul-General, Lagos, H.E. Mr. Liu Kan andthe Comptroller-General, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Mr.David ShikfuParradangwere present at the party.
