On September 28, 2023, MCC Engineering Company Vice President Fan Yongsheng visited the Jilin branch to share his work experience and insights with domestic colleagues.

At the sharing session, Fan Yongsheng provided a detailed overview of his involvement in numerous projects on the abroad, including insights into his work and life in the field. Drawing from his personal experiences, he depicted the unique local culture of Nigeria and shared his individual growth process during overseas assignments. In response to the active questions from domestic colleagues, Fan Yongsheng engaged in in-depth discussions, leveraging his overseas experience and offering advice, encouraging everyone to look ahead positively and strive for continuous improvement.

Through Fan Yongsheng's insightful sharing, domestic colleagues gained a deeper understanding of MCC's overseas projects, their work and life, and the local culture.
