IMS (Information Management System) is a database and transaction management system which adapts to new programming tools and environments. Through several months’developments from concepts, programming, to test, the first nine modules has taken effect in succession since this August. A series of trainings and lectures to end user on how to use and optimize the system have been conducted. More training is to be continued.
