ARJ21-700 aircraft obtained the first type certificate from foreign airworthiness authorities on December 7th, 2016. This is the first time for ARJ21-700 aircraft to obtain a type certificate from foreign airworthiness authorities and indicates that National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) of the Republic of Congo has fully acknowledged and accepted the design approval for ARJ21-700 aircraft.
