A China's co. would help Bulgaria to become a leader in IT services in the European Union (EU).

Next year, Bulgaria will take over the Presidency of the Council of the EU, and furthermore, the country has been selected as one of the two pilot countries for the EU's e-government initiative.

Emil Karanikolov, Bulgaria's Minister of Economy, said that information and communication technologies and outsourcing have been among the leading sectors for attracting investments in his country.
