Cooperation between China and Africa is bound to scale new heights in information and communications technology (ICT), an industry head said recently.

Zhao Houlin, secretary general of International Telecommunication Union (ITU), made the remarks in an interview ahead of the upcoming Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) scheduled for early September.
