On April 5th, 2023, Wang Feilong visited the newly elected governor of Cross Rivers State on behalf of MCG, the governor-elect received the team in his Abuja house. 

Wang Feilong congratulated his winning of the election and expressed MCG’s willingness to fully cooperate with the state government led by the governor.

At the meeting, Wang Feilong gave a comprehensive briefing on the company's operations in Nigeria, and MCG would like to partner improve the infrastructure and revenue generation of the state. 

The governor welcomed MCG to do business in the state. The two sides will cooperate extensively in engineering and energy infrastructure.

Cross River State is located in the southeastern corner of Nigeria, bordering neighboring Camero to the east, with its capital city in Calabar. rich in oil reserves, crisscrossing rivers in the state, developed agriculture and animal husbandry, it is a famous grain production base in southeast Nigeria. Water, land and air transportation is convenient, and tourism resources are abundant.
