On 29th SEP 2013, NPA officers, GM Procurement Asanga and Engineer Olukotun accompanied by Vice president DAVID GUO , Assistant president JACKSON YANG and Counselor Dr. OMENE paid a visit to our shipyard- CIMC RAFFIES. Among the business investigation, the exploratory mission visited the ship museum , inspected the shipyard, including assemble shop & outfitting shop & deep water wharf & erection berth, and the yacht factory. Then the exploratory mission climbed up the world ’s biggest crane named TAISUN and overlooked the whole shipyard. At last the team looked around the Research Institute of CIMC RAFFIES.
The NPA officers said, ” we were deeply impressed by the shipyard, this is a really successful travel, we believe that MCNL and the CIMC RAFFIES definitely has the capability to build these aimed port ships. And we also believe this is just the beginning of our cooperation”
