In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, MCC injected funds on the basis of contract financing to complete the project.

The Leisure Park Project and the Movie Village Project, covering an area of 140000 square kilometers, which are the largest cultural and entertainment projects in Nigeria. They started construction in January 2020 and took three years to complete and put into operation. It has a positive impact on surrounding areas and the government, greatly increasing employment opportunities. It creates a good leisure experience environment for people.

The leisure park consists of various buildings, including administrative buildings, restaurants (including bars), observation towers, modern designed artificial lakes, indoor games, children's playgrounds, lawn tennis, volleyball courts, and animal parks with lions, jackals, hyenas, zebras, baboons, ostriches, snakes, elephants, and crocodiles.
