The opening
of DeKang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jilin City.
On November 30th, 2023, MCC's first physical investment project
in the Northeast, DeKang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jilin City (formerly
Jilin City Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital), officially
opened in Jilin City, Jilin Province. This day marks not only the birth of
Jilin City DeKang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital but also the 35th
anniversary of the original Jilin City Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular
Disease Hospital.
The founders of the
hospital, President Li Yuehua and President Cai Jianzhong, have shown
unwavering dedication to the healthcare industry, witnessing and safeguarding
the hospital's development, they have laid a solid foundation for the
establishment of DeKang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Since October
2021, the hospital has undergone comprehensive renovation and systematic
upgrades, guided by the municipal and district governments as well as various
regulatory authorities. With relentless efforts from the hospital's board of
directors, selfless dedication from the medical staff, and the eager
anticipation of the people in Jiangcheng, after more than two years, the
hospital has finally undergone a rejuvenation and set sail once again.
On the day of the grand opening celebration, the atmosphere was
lively, with a large crowd gathered. On the big screens, the developmental
history of the hospital and well-wishes from various brother units of MCC were
showcased, distinguished guests at the event included leaders from the
municipal and district governments, representatives from various regulatory
departments, physicians from key provincial hospitals, renowned senior
traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, as well as representatives from
collaborative partners and friends from all walks of society.
Vice President Pan Fengtong, representing MCC, extended a warm
welcome to the attending leaders and guests. He expressed appreciation for the
founders, renovators, and healthcare workers of the hospital. Vice President
Pan also shared the original intention behind MCC's investment in the hospital,
emphasizing three principles: first, to adhere to the core value of 'DeKang' by
practicing medicine with integrity and serving as guardians of the health of
hometown residents; second, adhering to the principle of 'putting people
first,' increasing reinvestment in the hospital, and engaging in a fulfilling
and rewarding endeavor to create a sense of achievement and happiness.;
third, to persist in investing in the Northeast, actively promoting the
internationalization of Northeastern enterprises and providing a platform for
cooperation and exchange between Northeastern enterprises and African
governments and enterprises.

Chairman Liu Ting delivered a speech, reviewing the 35-year development journey
of the hospital, she expressed that the transformed Jilin City DeKang
Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital will unwaveringly inherit the mission of
the original Jilin City Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Hospital:
'Broadening Medical Horizons, Cherishing Life,' as well as the guiding
principles of the two founding Presidents: 'Integrity and Sincerity, Compassion
and Love.' The hospital will continue to leverage its professional expertise
and service-oriented spirit to make greater contributions to community healthcare,
promote the development of the healthcare industry, and give back to society.

Subsequently, Liu Jianliang, the Director of the People's
Congress of Chuanying District, Jilin City, Dai Daohong, the Director of the
Health Commission of Chuanying District, Jilin City, Pan Fengtong, Vice
President of MCC, Liu Ting, Chairman of Jilin City DeKang Traditional Chinese
Medicine Hospital, and Li Yanqiu, General Manager of Jilin City DeKang
Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, jointly participated in the
ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening celebration of Jilin City DeKang
Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Li Yanqiu, the General Manager of Jilin

After the
successful conclusion of the celebration, Jilin City DeKang Traditional Chinese
Medicine Hospital officially started receiving patients, every department of
the hospital welcomed each patient and their families with enthusiasm. Guests,
guided by protocol, toured the hospital, where the sophisticated medical
equipment, professional medical teams, and high-quality healthcare services
instilled confidence and anticipation for the hospital's future.
The opening of Jilin City DeKang Traditional Chinese Medicine
Hospital marks the beginning of Jilin's medical outreach, and MCC will continue
its sustained investment in the healthcare field. Following the principles of '
